Rachel Fox Therapy


I provide common-sense trauma-informed therapy from a humanistic perspective using integrative methods; in short, this simply means that I will tailor your therapy to your own individual circumstances and requirements. As well as general psychotherapy, this could also  include, where required, EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, psychodynamic and trauma-focused therapies. 

Clinic hours are Monday to Wednesday - 10am to 7:30pm


My practice is currently full, however, if you would like to go on my waiting list, please email me with your availability and I will contact you as soon as I have a suitable space

The Therapy Room

Situated in a purpose-built therapy room, separate from my residence, you'll find a pleasant waiting area with its own WC facilities. The therapy room itself is light and airy, with a modern, yet warm and welcoming feel to it. Full of natural sunshine and overlooking the garden and woodland beyond, you'll find this a relaxing place to explore your thoughts and feelings (and don't worry, you won't 'meet' the two little monkeys in the last photo, but you'll probably hear them say 'hello' when you arrive).
